Hi Trevor,

That's a result, as ever the Murphy's give a superb picture. Don't suppose you came across a NOS V410 case on your travels. :=D

Must have a crack at my V330 which is sitting patiently waiting. I should be getting one of those round chassis Murphy's soon :thumbl:

Great results, a decent tube really shows how good the picture can be :thumbl:

Thanks Jeffrey, but it's already taken
There was one with box on ebay along with a late fifties TV, but I forgot to bid!
It was probably used and with my luck be just as bad as the one in my set, the hunt continues....

Hi Trevor,
Along with the Mullard AW43-80 the Mazda CME1702 was one of the best mono CRTs ever.
Interesting to note that your tube has the later label from the mid sixties.
How does the V410 picture look when compared with your famous V310?

That tube's a beauty, Trevor!

Those V410's look quite neat, not too big. I may have to keep an eye out for one 8)

Regards,
Lloyd.

Good luck finding one Lloyd, Trevor was after one for years and I only managed to find one without a case. Quite rare but they do give an amazing picture once sorted.
