The film "Train of Events" shown this evening on Talking Pictures has a few scenes that look convincingly like the Alexandra Palace Studio B control room post war.

For those who missed the film here's a rather poor clip (from my phone without a tripod)

It’s clear and steady, I have not looked before but the anouncers studio is smaller than I expected.

Its probably my browser but the clip doesn’t show in the post, just a blank area, when I click on it the YouTube clip opens ok. Tried the usual things, logout on, clear caches etc. Just a heads up for anyone else with the same problem, click on the blank area to access the clip.

I am using an iPad with latest software, not in a position just nowvto try the computer.

An incompatibility with the latest Safari browser for IOS and Mac OS. Firefox and Chrome OS on the Mac are fine.

The iPad, iPhone and Mac Safari produce the same result with a blank area. Its not a problem for me, but mentioned it just in case others have a problem.
