405 NTSC standards converter needs protection from damage.

A 405 line colour sub-carrier crystal. This component was obviously made for a TV receiver rather than for use in an encoder where the frequency is 4fsc.

Found it, the experimental colour bars generator made for 405 lines. The 74LS112 J - K flip-flops provide the waveforms for the colour bars.  The MC1377 encoder was found to to adapt to the timings of 405 lines.
