After re-reading this thread (having completely forgotten about it, typical of me) and noting that these set's are rare and quite different to what I am accustomed to, it fills me with awe and a degree of fear that I am soon to embark upon a restoration of a similar model. Bloody hell, what have I let myself in for ?

My mind is like a sieve and I was completely absorbed by the story of it in the Television Collection section. 

On the contrary, I has found this thread so inspiring that I'm fighting the temptation of moving the Decca to one side before it's finished, and start on the Baird.
