Little Sunday afternoon quiz; Guess the manufacturer and model

OK this one is probably easy for some of the TV veterans out there, I knew soon as I clapped eyes on it.

What's amazing is I already had the NOS cardboard over-lay legend in stock but not the convergence unit, now I do. This is a great spare to go with the TV in my collection, so who's the manufacturer and what model TV does it fit.

Only the three little RGB push buttons clinched it.  ? 

Plus all the Philips (?)  panels around it too, and a G6 convergence draw?
