Hi, can anyone tell me the correct pinout of these?  Malc.

Looking at the pins underneath with the formation of the pins as a triangle pointing down, base at the bottom, k=collector to the left and emitter to the right. See below.

The lead out of these are in a straight line.

In that case with the main body on the left with the pins facing right it is as shown below. However without any locating pip you have 50-50 chance of getting it wrong. You need to test with a meter.

Cheers Chris, sorted now. I bought some GT320B/GT321B from Ukrane. Both types work fine in a Bush Tr82 in place of the AF117,s, Malc.
