I've searched and even been on the SEMIKRON site but I'm coming up with blanks at present, would anyone know of a source or have a data book on SEMIKRON rectifier diodes. I'm having a sort out of the stores and found a load, I think I know the voltages from the component id but need to verify this.

Never mind, typically as soon as I posted the above, I found what I needed! Hopefully useful to others too, also uploaded more info into the data library under components.
