Help Toshiba - FIR3G41 4A Thyristor

Would anyone have or know the whereabouts of data for this thyristor. I've looked in my books and online, thus far I cannot find a thing. Many thanks.

Are you sure your searching with the right number,? This service manual for a different model suggests you are a letter missing.

I've none of those in stock, only bags of BT151 of various voltages, lots of BRC4443 and lots of SCR957. I'll have to order some 152

Try searching for SF1R3G41, or even SF1R. I found "sensitive gate thyristor" under that... but at a price.

@crustytv No, the technical author shouldn't have used a serif-less '1' in the diagram. Easy mistake to make.
