My Album of the week
Rattling the rafters and wobbling the windows this week on the radiogram has been Harry J and his Allstars "Liquidator". Overheated Hammond and enough low bass to warp concrete, this fabulous album has hardly left the turntable. From 1970, on Trojan Records a nice bit of Ska, if it tickles your fancy lol.....

Oh dear, never heard of them, I have led a sheltered life.
Frank
Oh Frank, poor you ! What have you missed? 🙂
The track "Liquidator" was in the charts in 1969, you may know it if you heard it.

Something familiar but nothing definite.
1969 was one of those years when I had lots going on, mostly very good things, a few more challenging. I remember all those details but not much that did not affect me.
Frank
Let’s liven things up a bit.
Frank
Ahh The Eagles.... a great group indeed Frank.

Good heavens! I even saw a couple of classic Volvos in that video......... 😀
Indeed a blast from the past, in the 1970's "Liquidator" was often heard at the visiting funfair accompanying various rides. Originally I thought it might have been a cover by Judge Dredd.... 😉
