I have just downloaded the circuit, a decent specification radio, push pull output, presume EL84’s and ECC83 phase splitter and negative feedback triode amplifier.
One thing I don’t remember seeing before is the IF transformers are switched between AM and FM, the switch will have HT on it so something to watch for breakdown.
Look forward to the repair/restore thread.

Hi, only a couple of wax caps in this set. The rest of them are disc type. Are these type reliable or should i replace them? Malc.
If they are disc ceramics they are very often ok, I would only replace is proved faulty.
If you post a photo, we may be able to confirm.
