This notification is aimed at potential new members and those who have tried to register but have not received their verification e-mail.

There have been a number of recent new registrations over the past month, unfortunately these new members have a BT-Internet e-mail address. These new accounts fail to receive the e-mail notification from the Radios-TV registration process, notifying them their account has been approved. This is a known BT fault that they fail to resolve and will not do anything about it.

BT still can’t sort their mail system out? Not a very good advertisement for a national carrier.
