I bought a bundle of service manuals this week, mainly for the Thorn & Philips data, but in amongst it was an official E.M.I. Service manual for the above. This monitor was designed for general purpose monitoring of industrial and programme television on closed loop circuits. Looks like a fairly comprehensive manual, with detailed circuit descriptions, component lists, plan views and of course circuit diagrams.
If there's any interest in this, I'll put it on the to-do list and scan.
