That was the Samsung VIK series, I did a video about these on YouTube a while ago, I remember ordering brand new main boards from Samsung as the boards were so badly burnt, a design fault so serious Samsung would send out repair kits free of charge to dealersPosted by: @slidertogridWell done Chris, an interesting repair. 😎 I remember a similar fault with Samsung machines that sometimes caused a lot of damage as the Zener didn't always protect the supply lines.
