Yes I do have a significant stock of G11 service manuals and I certainly do have the one Gary is after. Just need to find time to sit in front of the scanner for a couple of hours, its a tricky one with many fold out schematics, I will get it sorted. I also found the Teletext fault finding guide.

Be careful with the Philips CTV manuals Chris. The '706' will only contain the differences between it and the main G11 (in the case of the 706 it will probably be the text panels, the remote control panel and the auxiliary PSU (for the text board). You still need the main G11 manual for the all the other circuits.

Hi Rich,

I'm hoping Gary has the main G11 manual data as I don't relish scanning the entire G11 manual, even though we could do with it in the library. I only planned to scan just the relevant parts shown above, will wait and see what Gary actually needs.

Yes that's what I'm hoping as well. People not familiar with the 'Philips way' of service manuals may think that the 706 would contain all circuits. Probably best find out exactly what Gary needs. If he has a fault in the power supply or anywhere else, he'll need the main manual. The 706 supplement won't help him there.

You wouldn't believe the number of engineers that rang in the Tech Advice days saying 'I ordered the manual but all I got was the teletext and remote control circuits. How do I get the main circuits?'.......

As I've not heard from Gary I've scanned the service specific manual for the G22C706/01, its in the library.
